To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日與友人到銅鑼灣進行身體檢查後,突然想食北京烤鴨,友人立刻提議到時代廣場的「鴨大哥」。我早前已曾聽聞這間餐廳由米芝蓮三星大廚「廚魔」主理,相信烤鴨有一定水準。我和友人一坐下翻開餐牌,便點了半隻北京烤鴨及數款精美點心。過了不久,主角隆重登場,這裏的烤鴨以慢煮方式製作,保持鴨肉鮮嫩多汁,皮薄香脆而不油膩,配上青瓜、京葱、蘿蔔同蜜瓜包住一齊食,清新爽甜嘅感覺可以減低油膩感,呢個配搭係出乎意料咁好!店內的點心亦不錯,很喜歡這裏的酥皮叉燒包,雖然其他酒樓亦有這款包點,但這裏的叉燒包鬆軟程度真是無可媲美,咬一口已吃到濃厚的叉燒香甜味。下次我一定要帶埋家人一起到這裏嚐嚐其他鴨肉菜式。
