提早慶祝母親節,同媽咪黎咗依間評價非常高嘅羲和雅苑,試一下宮廷菜。餐廳裝潢高雅,有古風嘅味道,配上維港海景,令人賞心悅目。黎到依度一定要食馳名烤鴨(半隻,$328),配一個八寶盒。師傅會係客人面前即切烤鴨。第一碟係烤鴨皮,就咁點藍莓醬。第二碟係鴨胸肉,點芥末醬就更佳。最後一碟就係片皮鴨,有中式同西式食法自由配搭,傳統得黎又創新。椒麻澳洲牛肋條($488),係整整一條骨嘅牛肋條,肉質軟熟,肉味濃,脂肪少。旁邊嘅茶壺裝住濃濃嘅牛肉汁,淋少少上去更加帶出牛肉嘅鮮味。磯煮鮑魚($88/隻),用秘製嘅方法黎烹調,鮮味中又有少少酒味,非常爽滑,有口感。桂花蜜山藥($48),第一次食,本來好抗拒中藥依啲食材,但意外之中嘅好味,甜甜地,又非常爽口,冇想像中啲苦味。擔擔麵($88),配上黃豆、肉碎等等嘅配料。辣味非常夠,好有北京地道小食嘅味道。
