To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於有機會來拜訪牛角旗下的牛肉飯專門店了,聰明的我們當然早早透過會員app拿籌號啦!我們點了一個次男坊丼配上經典牛角飯燒肉汁,套餐還包了一個麵鼓湯。一端上來就看到一座牛肉山,份量真的超多的,看到口水直流 哈哈!牛肉的肉質比一般肥牛厚身少許,微微燒焦再加上帶微甜的牛角燒肉汁。味道的話,總覺得自己在牛角燒的更好吃呢。勝在米飯和芽菜都不錯,整體不是非常驚喜,算是不過不失吧。除了牛肉丼,我們決定來個豚肉丼。肉的份量依然讓我們驚喜,鋪滿了整個碗面,還有那光滑的流心蛋,賣相實在非常不錯!可惜跟牛肉相比之下,豚肉就略為遜色了,肉質粗糙偏韌,是有點吃瘦叉燒的感覺。而味道亦略嫌偏鹹,幸好流心蛋和牛角燒肉汁令整個飯變得濕潤起來,同時把味道中和了。 不過再回頭的機會就真的很微了⋯
