第一次係香港食秘魯fusion菜😋Salmon Tiradito - 餐廳用上挪威三文魚,配以秘魯最常用嘅辣椒Aji Amarillo 做嘅emulsion 再加入日式嘅元素Togarashi。呢個做頭盤幾適合,少少辣帶有citrus嘅香味。另一個頭盤都好出色,Tacos de carne - 烤過嘅corn tortilla上鋪滿燉牛肉、牛油果慕斯同微辣嘅chipotle sauce😋 有種earthy 同 smoky 嘅flavor.最後一個頭盤,mushroom anticucho - 塗上用秘魯歷史悠久嘅黑辣椒panca整嘅antichuchera sauce 去燒 微辣 好野味!用左秘魯panca辣椒醬醃製,雞肉嫩滑多汁。個人覺得呢個係成餐最好味嘅一道菜!Argentina tenderloin with Chimichurri sauce阿根廷西冷牛 - 上次食過好食 所以先再order 點知今次竟然韌 失望😞
