一棚人去食飯,首選當然食打冷!因為打冷嘅款式多,share食就至抵食啦!滷水鵝片 ($125)鵝片厚肉,肉質嫩滑!用埋秘製滷水汁,令到鵝片香得黎又唔會覺得好膩,送飯一流~碧綠川椒雞球 ($80)細個嘅時候,最鍾意呢味餸,因為總有炸珍珠葉伴碟😝雞球大大件,但係肉質仍然keep到嫩滑,加埋川椒粉,好惹味招牌肉碎粥 ($125 /窩)肉碎粥嘅感覺有d似蠔仔粥,都係湯飯底,再加肉碎本來嘅味道,令個粥可以解一解膩凍蟹 ($400時價)講到打冷,唔少得凍蟹,傳統嘅凍蟹,係先將蟹凍死,然後再拎去蒸,咁先可以保持蟹嘅鮮甜味,想慳時間d嘅,大部份人都會將蟹浸係冰水,等蟹失去意識之後,再拎去蒸,所有肉質比較結實同鮮甜反沙芋頭/ 8件 $80唔提起都差d唔記得潮洲菜裡面有呢味甜品,好似唔多地方有得食啦!反沙芋頭嘅意思,其實係將炸香左嘅芋頭條,加上糖漿翻炒,而糖漿係炒嘅過程,會慢慢變乾,變翻砂糖,於是就有一層脆糖係面,食落口甜得黎又有芋頭嘅香,睇落好簡單,實際係好巧功夫嘅一味餸黎嫁!
