開瓶費:FREE梅花邨嚟過幾次,因為免開瓶費之餘,價位、食物質素同服務都唔差韭菜豬紅汁底似加咗沙茶醬,唔敢答傳統與否,但係味道甜咗少少潮州炸雙棗炸功唔錯,不過內裏冧咗少少,同埋唔多食得出餡料成份,通常係蝦滑🤔滷水拼盤豬耳、豬腸、雞蛋、豆腐、墨魚,滷得入味👍椒鹽魷魚鬚炸漿厚咗啲,魷魚冇乜味。。。。潮式凍烏頭一流魚嘅黃油雖然唔多,但係師傅又開邊,又起主骨,要讚一讚魚都大條厚肉,跟埋兩碟黃豆醬,好味今次反而因為椒鹽魷魚鬚同炸雙棗味道唔太出,感覺自己唔知食緊乜,所以扣咗少少分數 continue reading

今時今日喺旺區食飯好多時都係又貴又唔好食,而且好多都有用餐時間限制,要搵個地方約屋企人食飯聚會真係非常困難。由於今次聚會嘅成員都來自香港嘅五湖四海,所以地點偏向選擇九龍市區,所以就選擇咗喺長沙灣區嘅梅花村小館。呢一間打冷小菜館首先喺北角七姊妹道開業,喺未開長沙灣店嘅時候,細細個已經有支持開位於北角嘅本店,由於今次唔想屋企人過海咁遠,所以就選擇佢嘅長沙灣分店。叫咗嘅包括有店家推介嘅隱藏Menu:杏汁豬肺湯同埋客家釀豆腐,另外仲加咗椒鹽九肚魚,打冷必備嘅滷水鵝片,煎蠔餅同埋蠔仔粥。首先豬肺湯只需要$168 ,而且份量可以分到十碗,非常抵飲,另外豬肺亦都洗得乾淨冇異味,亦都唔係間間餐廳做到。另外果幾樣打冷小菜,味道亦都合格,五個人埋單大約$900,人均消費少於$200 ,價錢都算合理。 continue reading

同朋友食Farewell飯,佢話要食中菜揀咗呢間。六個人去到見到有個時令餐牌數量限定,即刻叫咗柚皮、油池、鹽焗花螺、蟹肉卷。油池原來係灌漿蘿蔔懷舊菜,好入味。柚皮煮得好腍唔澀。鹽焗花螺上菜時有表演,大大份又香口。後加咗酒煮黃雞、凍馬友、肉碎粥同粉絲雜菜煲凍馬友又肥又大條,唔使$300抵到爛。最後食埋反沙芋同芋泥作結。反沙芋嘅糖加咗蔥炒,好香好有驚喜。最後埋單每人唔使$300朋友直接表示要將呢度變成聚會飯堂。最重要係餐廳嘅哥哥姐姐全部好好人好有人情味,幫呢間高質餐廳加晒分。 continue reading
