同一大班舊同事聚餐,發現長沙灣新開咗一間幾有卓頭既餐廳,仲有懷舊打卡位,諗住去試下新野,去到員工親切有禮招呼,推介出面唔容易食到嘅心機菜,由於餐牌太豐富我地不斷揀餐廳員工好好,叫我地食住先,唔夠再叫,上菜速度控制好唔會太急剛剛好,頭啖湯真係不得了,我已經唔記得幾耐冇飲過杏汁豬肺湯,回憶中只有馬會中菜廳一飲難忘,點知今日喺呢度有緣再遇這款湯,真係不得了,豬肺軟林到好似豆腐咁,入口即融,完全感受到呢個湯既精華,飲完覺得好幸福陳皮燒鵝真係做到脆皮口感,咬落去打啖啖鵝香豉汁蒸鱔,火候控制得剛剛好,主打一個新鮮,砵仔焗魚腸簡直無得輸,今時今日香港仲可以食到哩一款懷舊經典菜,突然間覺得感動,鍥而不捨,用心製作,不用花巧,食到食物嘅精髓潮州普寧脆豆腐看似簡單,但絕對不簡單,咬落啖啖豆香,真係豆香豆腐嘅真正味道沙薑豬手,越食越想吃,打做一個野味蝦多士吃出兒時的味道兩款糖水贈送木瓜雪耳紅豆沙糖水,原來招呼我地既個位係老闆親力親為,為員工打做好榜樣能夠落手落腳,對食物有一份執著 值得讚賞我地成班朋友都諗過依家週末都唔駛上深圳啦,香港都有好去處,香港良心嘅餐廳,香港人一定要大大力支持保持傳統經典於一身goo
