To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間鋪頭我細細個幫襯到大學畢業，但返工之後就好耐無食，所以回下味。過橋米線 ($63)平時都係食開蟲草花個隻，第一次食過橋米線。有位店員幫你將d配料（墨魚嘴、鵪鶉蛋、火腿、白肉、腐竹同蟹柳）加落鍋米線，然後焗佢一分鐘就食得。佢用左雞湯煮，所以d米線好重雞湯味，而且米線好彈牙，唔錯。我最鍾意個墨魚嘴，份量多又唔un。評分：4.333/5涼拌皮蛋 ($20)d皮蛋好新鮮，同埋佢有d辣汁好醒胃。評分：4.222/5
