To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到咁多好評,諗住可以一試,點知中伏。食過最無heart嘅lunch omakase,千両比佢更加好。壽司飯比較硬、飯亦都比較鬆散、魚生普通、每件魚紙咁薄、亦不見得新鮮。我知,食lunch 唔會比啱啱落機嘅材料,都唔係咁款。師傅完全無heart,零交流,只介紹舊魚係咩嚟,其實你唔講我都識睇。麵豉湯又得個咸字,嗰一督雪糕又孤寒,不如唔好俾。一路食,一路book定食過嘅壽司店,填補一下心靈。一.定.無.下.次
