每次朋友gathering想食日式串燒，諗都冇諗一定book 呢間，師傅水準consistent, 食材又新鮮。刺身盛+ 明太子沙律-明太子沙律好爽脆，唔會太死鹹-刺身盛：帶子，赤蝦，三文魚，海膽，油甘魚-油甘魚最難忘，厚切，肥美，魚味極濃。-赤蝦亦好大隻啖啖肉槍魷魚-新鮮彈牙，槍燒後魷魚獨有的香味出哂黎-灑上櫻花蝦，海鮮味更突出冬菇-一串三大粒，上面鋪左木魚碎-燒得好好，完全唔乾豚肉鵪鶉蛋卷-豚肉豬味好濃，豬油加上鵪鶉蛋的濃蛋味令口感昇華秋葵豬肉卷-豬肉超級薄切，近乎透明，刀工厲害-秋葵燒後仲保留到啲”散”, 整串好有層次西班牙黑豚豬頸肉-樣子平平無奇，但最推的一碟！-黑豚豬好高質，豬味極濃郁。連豬油都好香-厚切，豬頸肉位肥瘦適中
