To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

6/11/2022星期三晚,一行七人去食晚飯。原先酒樓分兩段時段,不過我哋叫得多嘢,就比我哋食到九點幾。去海港,梗係叫長腳蟹,加 $100 用蛋白蒸,味道ok.不過燒鵝真係一般,不見得特別。東星班,新鮮,蒸得啱啱好,好食!其他餸是一般水準,沒有驚喜。不過當晚驚喜是帳單,叫左六支啤酒,半打壽包,埋單是十二枝啤酒,三十九個壽包!係三十九個!!!好彩有check 帳單,如果唔係,就收多咗六百幾。唔知係唔係見我哋成枱麻甩佬,唔似會check 吓張單,先至比錢。所以亂咁打單,或者每個侍應都要孭數,不得而知。不過大家真係要自己小心。

好彩有check 帳單,如果唔係,就收多咗六百幾。

唔知係唔係見我哋成枱麻甩佬,唔似會check 吓張單,先至比錢。
所以亂咁打單,或者每個侍應都要孭數,不得而知。

不過大家真係要自己小心。
