To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入座沒有留意時間, 感覺是四點九或四點十左右。問waiter, 佢好奇怪點解我會問然後佢比左張單我。機打入座時間係1656, 但最底手寫1630-1800。無為意相信佢, 以為自己太悠閒食得慢就夠鐘要食快d...一直到都無人叫我埋單, 期間又有人問我d野要唔要清左張枱 (仲以為無乜人咁好比我坐多陣)。直到六點鬆d, 有人找張單黎同我講就夠鐘。比錢時問咩問題, 話交更所以亂唔好意思。但我好覺得比人厄左我時間, 同食得好趕 (應該係無需要咁趕囉)。同類打邊爐有好多, 從未試過咁。
