To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實尋日先買了一條骨吃(約半斤,$65),食過翻尋味,今年見前面個阿太買半斤燒肉才$55,又記得openrice到有人提過這鋪的燒腩和燒肉冇乜分別,就要半斤燒肉啦。點知。。。真係天淵之別!!一條骨係好食好多好多好多好多!!!(雖然貴十蚊)記住要買燒腩骨食呀:味香,皮超級的脆,充滿咸香,仲有豐富的肉汁,仲漏到成個膠袋都係。(小妹寡聞,未試過買外賣燒肉係會有汁漏。)燒肉呢:皮都好脆,咸咸地,因為冇乜汁,所以覺得都幾咸,比較乾,感覺同普通燒肉冇乜分別。報價:燒肉$110 斤燒腩$130斤(真的好貴,唔捨得成日食,但眼見隔離的廣東燒味都要$96斤燒肉時,就都係乖乖去永合隆啦)真的唔慳得。

味香,
皮超級的脆,
充滿咸香,
仲有豐富的肉汁,仲漏到成個膠袋都係。
(小妹寡聞,未試過買外賣燒肉係會有汁漏。)

燒肉呢:
皮都好脆,
咸咸地,因為冇乜汁,所以覺得都幾咸,
比較乾,感覺同普通燒肉冇乜分別。
