To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日,人多決定食中菜🥳等緊既時候己經好期待呢道名菜,上碟見到每塊都色澤均勻,而且排列得好整齊以前食過片皮鴨只有皮但很少肉,但呢度就好均一,食落充滿鴨香而唔會成口油。片皮鴨既餅底我一定要食薄既,而呢度就做到,點埋個醬,真係好好食不過配菜份量比較少😭 小籠包都好推介大家食!皮薄饀靚食落好多汁而且味鮮,肉既份量都好滿鍋貼其實同小籠包係同一個饀,只係以煎既形式。鍋貼個皮會相對厚身,所以通常會因為煎耐左而唔會有肉汁。但係呢度係有驚喜,食既時候都會有肉汁流出黎賽螃蟹要整得好食其實好難,呢個個人覺得相對就咸左d,瑤柱份量少,食落比較油。呢道係羊肉 冇騷味 但又係覺得咸,如果配白飯食應該會好d京葱牛肉 其實都係咸,不過個醬汁相對有鮮味,反而配洋蔥夾埋就唔錯上枱聞到幾大辣味,但食落就唔辣,可惜係唔夠鮮。友人仲話食到泥味而且非常多幼骨!如果老人家同小朋友一齊黎,就唔好叫呢道菜了糖醋排骨係呢度會失望小小。糖醋味唔太夠,肉都比較實難吞頭幾道菜真係覺得好好食,不過後面既菜式都難免失望。但以人均200係中菜館進餐,個人覺得都已經算唔錯,或者下次只會特登黎食片皮鴨同小籠包
