住大埔gei同事話響大埔做野點可以唔使三小姐,結果我地成班人1個鐘頭晚飯都要趕出去食~由於一行都有成8個人所以我地都叫左唔少野,首先地膽話一定要食蝦醬豬頸肉陳村粉梗係order左先~呢個陳村粉零零舍舍用蒸籠上,好特別,食落就知道用蒸籠可以鎖住D水份湯汁,真係每一口都係熱辣辣~~以為蝦醬會好濃味,結果呢個陳村粉都幾清,豬頸肉索左D蝦醬所以好香,佢又唔會太難咬,蒸得剛剛好~而陳村粉因為有荷葉襯底,所以入口有陣陣荷葉香,仲有微辣,加上滑溜口感,真係好特別!之後我地就叫左一大堆香口野~~好似椒鹽蝦碌佢D蝦真係好大條,啖啖肉,好惹味,不過美中不足就係D肉略嫌粉左D,新鮮度不足椒鹽豆腐就正啦~~一上檯已經好香~上面D碎碎先係精華所在,豆腐炸得剛剛好,出面好脆,裡面D豆腐仲係好滑~一口size方便我地極速掃食~椒鹽鮮魷好大舊~好彈牙,而且鮮味好重~每次食小菜我都會食金沙骨,今次我就試佢D朋友-千島骨,佢真係全部都係骨,所以食到的肉唔算多,不過換成千島汁之後甜度提升左,感覺無咁肥膩都幾正~~至於金菇肥牛煲真係抵食,分量非常多,而且有好多金菇同肥牛~不過肥牛未夠入味,粉絲都比較碎.大家要食菜的話.一定要
