Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想上黎寫下食評﹐原來要咁多字.....好 咁咪每樣野介紹下囉﹐其實食小店又有幾多野講啊真係﹐除非投訴姐。但新記又真係好食喎﹐開左廿幾三十年﹐個個由細食到大啦......豬頸肉 : 入味唔肥﹐軟硬適中﹐好少係車仔麵度食到覺得好食嘅豬頸肉﹐店家落料有燒汁香味﹐唔錯貢丸 : 細粒貢丸﹐無乜特別﹐但比較少食到﹐其實反而唔會好油膩九菜 : 正常味道﹐份量都幾足﹐有九菜送麵係香嘅辣豬紅 : 一定要食同埋真係好入味﹐口感好滑﹐辣椒油浸住係比較香港嘅味道﹐同出面依家周圍都麻辣唔同公仔麵 : 有D淋﹐不過都OK﹐可能個湯夠熱﹐而味偏甜。

辣豬紅 : 一定要食同埋真係好入味﹐口感好滑﹐辣椒油浸住係比較香港嘅味道﹐同出面依家周圍都麻辣唔同
