To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 囝囝喺金鐘返工,今日做廿四孝去金鐘同佢飲茶,呢區飲茶無乜選擇,就揀咗老字號位於統一中心嘅名都。佢呢度都有點心推車仔,今日食咗煲仔飯,料多,飯少。都OK,不過要$75/煲,計埋加一,即$83,如果一個人食,計埋茶錢$100無走雞。竽角,比較失望,餡料較乾身,無汁液,這個不推薦。燒賣,將蝦放在上面,而餡料只是豬肉,而且缺少肥肉,較乾身,似肉丸,麻麻。其餘,灌湯餃,牛柏葉,鶉蛋燒賣,野菌飽等中規中矩,奈何大部分點心熱度不夠,希望店家注意。有部分點未有影相,請見諒。
