To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老媽子真係好鍾意打邊爐 一個禮拜最少要打一次平時去開嗰間質素開始下降所以就轉埸叫咗個鴛鴦鍋 一邊麻辣 一邊蕃茄 再叫埋個和牛餐真係不得了!牛肉啲質素係幾好 始終一分錢一分貨 而家食有七折所以都幾抵嘅 但係出邊嘅配料就一般貨式 選擇唔係太多 而且質素都唔係太新鮮 媽子話啲炸芋頭有啲油益味 細佬就話啲橙汁淡過水 所以發現咗呢啲之後我哋就主攻牛肉 牛肉 同牛肉 畢竟都叫咗最貴嗰個餐 質素真係有啲保證 澳洲嘅和牛小排 同 牛肩胛肉一定係回本之選。其他嘢就略略帶過可以。
