我本身都鍾意食潮州嘢,見到鰂魚涌開咗一間過完港島探朋友專登黎試,天氣咁凍,一入嚟即刻有杯功夫茶飲下,茶呢我就叫咗鐵觀音 🍵涼拌海蜇頭($88)海蜇頭麻油味好香,面頭有少少辣椒,好香口,食咗幾舊試吓點辣椒油都一樣咁好食,辣椒油唔算好辣,唔食得辣嘅都可以試吓🌶️嚟到食打冷一定要試吓滷水嘢所以叫左個鵝三寶 鵝三寶($298)首先試試鵝腸,好爽滑,中間冇肥膏,鵝肝好幼滑 食完都冇乜油膩嘅感覺,鵝片啖啖肉同好入味,值得一讚👍🏻見到呢度有手工菜所以就叫咗個清燉荷包鱔清燉荷包鱔($118)呢條鱔係起晒肉,得少少骨,好重胡椒味,天氣凍食就啱晒😌食中菜我都鍾意飲湯,所以最後叫咗個二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯($78)豬肚冇腥味,睇得出處理得好好,啖湯好清甜,好快成碗已經飲晒,二十年既老菜脯特登咬咗一啖試吓,咬落淡淡地,可能落咗碗湯度😋呢間中菜廳都好多大枱,好啱一家人黎食,做節黎食唔洗去酒樓都係唔錯既選擇😆
