陳儀興是老字號,去過太子店覺得唔錯,約朋友食飯來此鰂魚涌分店。鵝三寶鵝肉有茴香香味,做得幾好。鵝肝與法國鵝肝有得比,甚至更嫩滑,冇咁油膩。鵝腸夠爽。如果滷水汁可以甜少少更啱我口味。鴿吞翅又叫仙鶴神針,湯清,鴿嫩滑,翅飽滿,上湯餵得淋,水準好。潮式炸雙棗蝦蟹棗配搭,炸得好,如果體積做得細啲更好,一口一粒。家鄉炒潮州麵線味道好,炒得幾好,有豆乾肉乾配合,唔油膩,清清地幾好食。福果甜芋泥香滑,非常好。環境唔錯,裝修配合,服務亦好。
