行過土瓜灣張街,眼前一間fusion餐廳就引起咗我滿腔食慾🍴喺度,食物巧妙融匯咗中西式嘅煮法,每一樣都有得嚼勁👅土豪雪茄春卷,一口咬落去,外層鬆脆酥香,蝦膠內餡又彈又甜,真係醒胃開場!灌湯杏汁蝦餃出乎意表,噴係手上啲杏汁被蝦餃吸曧鮮味加倍,創意十足。再講下金網叉燒包,啲底肯定係古法煎到啱啱好,食落去邊嘗酥脆邊享受叉燒香,真係喺家鄉味道入面加咗層次。講緊鍋蛋銀針粉,簡單卻暖笠笠,家庭式雜碎香味,瞬間就溫暖晒肚皮。最後個沙巴仔,蒸得漂漂亮亮,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮美得滯,與眾不同。今次食完之後,真係咁滋味,啱晒口!我諗下次都會再拜訪,尋求下一次嘅味蕾旅行啊😊👍🏼🎉
