星期日約了幾位朋友在此午飯,坐了兩個小時,食下講下時間過得很快。我們吃的是以點心為主的套餐,也有雞翼豬寸骨炆米炸魷魚糖水等等。份量不少的,我覺得點心較為出色。所以拍了照片。整體OK的。價錢不算貴,環境都算闊落。如果喜歡相機食先的話,這間應該滿足到。

行過土瓜灣張街,眼前一間fusion餐廳就引起咗我滿腔食慾🍴喺度,食物巧妙融匯咗中西式嘅煮法,每一樣都有得嚼勁👅土豪雪茄春卷,一口咬落去,外層鬆脆酥香,蝦膠內餡又彈又甜,真係醒胃開場!灌湯杏汁蝦餃出乎意表,噴係手上啲杏汁被蝦餃吸曧鮮味加倍,創意十足。再講下金網叉燒包,啲底肯定係古法煎到啱啱好,食落去邊嘗酥脆邊享受叉燒香,真係喺家鄉味道入面加咗層次。講緊鍋蛋銀針粉,簡單卻暖笠笠,家庭式雜碎香味,瞬間就溫暖晒肚皮。最後個沙巴仔,蒸得漂漂亮亮,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮美得滯,與眾不同。今次食完之後,真係咁滋味,啱晒口!我諗下次都會再拜訪,尋求下一次嘅味蕾旅行啊😊👍🏼🎉

🇭🇰 Gathering | Hairy Crabs 🦀

It’s the season for hairy crabs once again and we decided to pop down to Gathering Cuisine to try out their latest seasonal menu featuring the king of crabs! We visited the branch at To Kwa Wan and were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful decorations at the store. They had dried flowers tastefully decorated across the restaurants. One might even think he’s in a fancy cafe rather than a Cantonese restaurant!

Here is what we had:
🦞 Lobster Bisque Soup
🥟 Crab Xiao Long Bao
🍤 Cantonese Spring Roll
🦀 Steamed Hairy Crab
🐷 Cumin Pork Rib
🥬 Sprouts in Huadiao
🌾 Glutinous Rice

The standout of the meal has to be the hairy crabs. The crabs were steamed and had a great amount of roe and milt. The crabs were extremely fresh and delicately sweet. Shoutout to the lobster bisque for its great consistency, great depth of flavours, and generous portions of lobster bites. The cuimin pork ribs were delightful as well - tender to the bite with a strong garlic-y aroma. The glutinous rice were well portioned, not too dense, and wrapped up the meal nicely! All in all a great place to enjoy a festive meal out for just 398 per pax!

打完風之後,天氣開始轉涼,秋天嘅氣息日漸濃厚,又到左食大閘蟹嘅季節之前都系買蟹番屋企自己蒸,有朋友介紹佐一間有大閘蟹套餐嘅餐廳,兩隻5兩蟹公加7道菜,做緊優惠價每位$398,都好抵食😙✨首先上佐頭盤✨蟹粉小籠包比坊間嘅蟹粉小籠包唔同,蟹粉係淋滿哂係小籠包外面,份量十足✨荔枝蕃茄伴沙律花枝卷蕃菇酸酸甜甜,十分開胃最令人意外嘅係,花枝卷裡面包嘅係一條條花枝腳,而唔係花枝蝦滑盞鬼濃蝦栗湯蝦湯都好有驚喜,味道濃郁充滿蝦嘅鮮味,裡面仲有好多栗子粒同小元貝,非常足料👀😍😍之後就係今日嘅主角,清蒸大閘蟹🦀兩隻蟹大幾有手掌✋🏻咁大隻,一打開,滿滿橙黃色嘅蟹黃,雪白飽滿嘅蟹肉,配上酸甜蟹醋,醋裡面仲有粒粒姜粒,鮮甜味美🤤係差唔多食完蟹嘅時候,服務員先會陸續上埋其他菜,就唔怕食完蟹其他野都凍哂,非常貼心❤️孜然手抓骨一上枱見到好多辣椒🌶️,以為會好辣,但其實一啲都唔辣。 大大條肉骨配上咸咸脆脆嘅蒜粒,而且啲肉好嫩滑,有肉味濃湯花膠浸菜苗奶白色嘅上湯,配上嫩綠色嘅豆苗,非常吸睛。湯入面有四五塊大大塊嘅花膠,花膠軟淋,吸滿湯汁臘味糯米飯糯米飯粒粒分明,臘腸份量都好多薑茶甜品。甜品係一個薑茶配杞子薑汁糕,薑汁糕甜甜

薑茶甜品甜品係一個薑茶配杞子薑汁糕,薑汁糕甜甜辣辣,好重薑味,食完係薑茶比較淡味,應該飲完先食個薑汁糕🤣
