To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於終於,前兩個星期經過尖沙咀,就被友人拉左去試。第一下比條隊嚇左一大跳,長到去轉彎,然後去得好慢好慢。啲人一路等,一路光顧隔離個雪糕車(係我就以後係到做生意)登登登登!我地等左大概半個鐘,點知想飲嘅野煮緊,問我地等唔等多15分鐘,咁我地食完飯冇野做,就等啦順便係附近行下成日飲嘅友人話,一定要試嘅係黑糖鹿丸鮮奶! 半信半疑咁去試,但聽到店員話我地係最後一批嘅鹿丸就知好受歡迎!果然!係值得試。一開始唔好攪拌,第一淡熱住咁食啲珠係最濃醇最香。之後先攪到凍啲咁飲不過明顯係食啲珠,因為鮮奶冇乜味,顯得黑糖珍珠好入味。我會稱之為好食,不過黑好食都好,我應該都唔會花另一小時去排隊了

一開始唔好攪拌,第一淡熱住咁食啲珠係最濃醇最香。之後先攪到凍啲咁飲

不過明顯係食啲珠,因為鮮奶冇乜味,顯得黑糖珍珠好入味。我會稱之為好食,不過黑好食都好,我應該都唔會花另一小時去排隊了
