To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實之前曾多次嚐試訂位,但每次都在週末,就是在兩週前訂也一樣沒位,今次揀平日,終於訂到,還早了到,內裏環境還真不錯,坐下後待應送上餐前小食,豆干毛豆,比較特別和有心思,使人不覺馬虎,味道清淡,作為坐下喝囗茶的佐品確是不錯點了翡翠柚子玉鴛鴦,蓮霧石榴素菜卷,乾隆頂鴿鬆,竹笙海皇燴花膠、金瓜香芒帶子盞和五穀飯。翡翠柚子玉鴛鴦,這菜是送的,原來的樣子是分開兩邊,一邊是青瓜絲火鴨絲,—邊是柚子碎雞絲粉皮(賣相美觀,可惜影唔切相),待應送上來給我們過目後,就在一傍撈勻再上檯,入口味道清新,更因有柚子微酸的味道,使人特別醒胃,鴨絲雞絲的淋,粉皮的韌,青瓜的爽,一次過在口內溶匯,十分美妙。蓮霧石榴素菜卷,用酸菜卷著蓮霧、番茄和黑木耳等,先嘗一件是十分爽口但卻是有點酸得過份,但再食一件傍邊的番石榴,就覺得番石榴十分甜,後來發現應該還有一個食法,原來中間紅糖漿拔絲不只是用作裝潢,而是用作綑著菜卷—起食,以中和酸味的同時,也帶出另一番囗感。竹笙海皇燴花膠,覺膠絲不少,用料充足,味道鮮甜,最值得一讚的是用明火保持著湯的熱度,不致於令湯變凍,可以不用一下子喝完那麼急。乾隆頂鴿鬆,這是用生菜包起來吃的一個菜,鴿

本來米飯是一個平凡的東西,但今晚的五穀飯,即是特別有穀物的香,而整體的米飯也軟硬適中,真是不用餸也可吃一碗。
Other Info. : 此店雖是中菜店,但即駐有品酒師,是一個創新而進取的做法,當晚品酒師就為我介紹了一款合適的紅酒作為佐膳,由此而令整頓晚飯增添了品味。
