To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度一蚊鷄又番嚟喇，約埋兩個老友去試吓先。坐低至知今年d一蚊鷄唔同以前嗰d喎。兩樣野唔同，第一就係白切鷄變燒鷄，第二以前係無限任叫，今年係每兩人一隻。我地三人行就唔抵囉，都係只可以叫一隻，隻半就公平d囉好，睇埋d菜單就落order囉。個湯好快就到，熱度夠，料都足嘅，係咪好特別，咁又唔係喎，俾70分喇。嘩主角嚟喇，一個籃加一隻燒鷄加幾塊蝦片，俾埋膠手套同較剪你自己剪。我honey一擰上手準備剪，大叫隻鷄巧熱呀。睇吓我honey剪得隻鷄幾pro，擺鷄都有板有眼。味道又點呢，即刻試吓先。三個人一齊試吓味，齊齊都話隻鷄巧。味道好，肉嫩滑，夠熱，好食過以前d白切鷄好多。跟住試吓個海味什菜煲先。份量足，料夠，調味好，我like。再試埋個蝦醬通菜鮮鱿先。蝦醬咸香，通菜幼嫩無渣，鲜鱿入味有口感，俾個讚你Last食甜品，先試吓個杏仁茶，杏仁味都足嘅，甜味適中，ok嘅。再試埋個芝麻糊，熱度夠，芝麻味濃，甜度恰到好處，唔錯。整體水準唔錯，食得過，我推薦
