秋風起,是吃大閘蟹的風好時機。去年在永利威買過,今年也沒有原因唔去幫襯!店內大雪櫃放滿了公和乸大閘蟹,相隔一年,已忘了公和乸怎樣分辨,幸得老闆悉心指導,很快又學懂了! 有繩的是乸,體積較公的小,但聽老闆說比起公較為好吃。 有竹葉的是公,體積較乸的大,味道同樣好吃! 買完後,老闆還附送紫蘇葉、薑、赤糖和淅醋。 用薑、赤糖調製出來的淅醋份外美味! 薑和赤糖亦可做出薑茶呢!臨走前,老闆還細心送上名片一張,上面教授了大閘蟹教學,非常方便!今年第一隻大閘蟹要開動了... 乸的蟹膏呈橙黃色,濃郁軟滑,味道鮮甜,還獨特的清香。 而公的蟹膏呈淡黃色黃色,同樣濃郁軟滑,味道鮮甜,但整體來說乸的確比公好吃。
