朋友各有各忙,平日都很少機會一起聚首,然而遇上大閘蟹這種季節性食物,再忙也得抽空來一嘗限時滋味,而某星期五晚上就與友人來到桃里,吃蟹同時順便找個籍口聚聚去。先來每人一碗花膠北菇燉菜膽,菇香極致濃重,花膠厚肉黏口,滿口都是膠質的感覺真美好!4款小食中,清酒鮑魚口感軟腍,清酒香更提鮮味,而半肥瘦桂花蜜黑豚肉叉燒,爽肉又帶濃重肉香,輕輕帶甜,我最喜歡這個了!蟹粉燕液帶子石榴果,以薄薄的蛋白包裹著滿滿的蟹粉和帶子,味道清甜而不覺膩,外形也很精緻呢。江蘇大閘蟹兩食– 野菌蟹粉帶子焗蟹蓋中有大量粒粒雞脾菇,惹味又不太膩滯;清蓋大閘蟹身肉質鮮甜,可是是日抽中的未算最肥美,不過不失吧。蟹粉窩巴百花蝦球,蝦膠彈牙又香口,而鬆脆的窩巴配著鮮美蟹粉就更錦上添花了。美極乾蔥粉絲桶蠔煲,蠔肉厚多汁,實在味道無窮,底下的粉絲更是盡吸了海鮮的甜味和乾蔥的香味,再混點自家的Chunky XO 醬,人來!老娘多多都給你吃光光!一打開盛著大閘蟹糯米飯的籠子,米香四散於空氣中,再看到大大隻原隻大閘蟹伏在大量蟹粉上,令人垂涎三尺,這乖的躺著也不好意思,因為我們等不及要把你吃掉了!糯米飯混入大量瑤柱、蝦米,再配上蟹粉一同吃,每

食過多道菜式,肚子其實也撐得不行了,不過有杏仁茶作甜點,我又怎可執輸?杏仁茶優香而不過甜,肉裡還有皮薄餡靚的黑芝麻湯丸,如杏仁香再突出一點、蛋白再滑一點就更完美了。

吃大閘蟹是每年秋季特備節目,雖然今年秋天遲遲還未到來,但吃蟹本來就是一班朋友聚首的籍口!我們來年再來大吃一頓吧!
