今日有事要出尖沙咀東,本來諗住去九龍香格里拉酒店香宮食中午飯,點知full晒!之後再打電話去問天外天又full晒!結果諗一諗,好耐之前同朋友試過桃里,結果打電話去問,有位!即刻去試吓!呢間酒店中餐廳,位於尖沙咀新世界千禧酒店,位置有少少偏遠,但估唔到質素有驚喜!去到睇見餐牌,只有點心單叫和點心buffet選擇,睇見一籠蝦餃都80幾蚊,冇理由唔食buffet,諗住buffet嘅質素會差啲,結果都係每籠即叫即蒸,估唔到質素都好好!蝦餃,皮薄裏面好實淨,真係好唔錯!鮑汁鳳爪又幾好!而且會因應人數,每次份量唔會好多,好適合可以試好多種不同的款式!一次過試咗蝦餃、燒賣、齋粉果、椒鹽雞軟骨、芝士蝦春卷、牛肉球等等!除咗蝦餃同其他款式都出色之外,佢嘅灌湯餃都好好!而且環境亦都好舒服!又唔會多人!始終係酒店環境,計埋個價錢!非常合理!下次會再幫襯!

來過呢間餐廳好幾次,每次服務都非常周到。今次係生日過來慶祝,嗌佐燒雞,牛肉,蘆筍,同埋魚。尤其鍾意牛肉,肉質好好,很Juicy同入味。甜品食佐紅豆沙,起沙,且甜度剛剛好,好正呀👍。同埋 Service真係好好,order嘅時候,經理James有用心聽大家嘅preferences,同交低廚房做。我地食飯嘅時候佢仲有關心啲食物整得好唔好,我地滿唔滿意,到最後仲好耐心咁幫大家影相。非常好嘅體驗,下次仲會繼續同屋企人和朋友來~

老火湯今日係章魚湯,勁好飲。
老實講,桃里的點心質素大部份都很有水準,而且真材實料,不會因為做任食而降低了質素。
但佢整體服務沒有其他五星酒店那種體貼高尚感覺,例如放食物比較粗魯,職員亦都唔會好attentive,好多時食完嘢都唔會好快過嚟收碟,茶壺真係揭開個蓋先有人添水。不過佢勝在有大窗,睇開我食評都知道,可以望街嘅餐廳,係會加分

咖喱豬皮魷魚


已經好耐無食這類街頭小食,豬皮爽滑,魷魚彈牙,咖喱不會太辣,而且甜甜地,好有懷舊feel。

蟹肉灌湯餃

平時係一間街坊酒樓當特點都要$30以上,但係屬於無料到,只得味精湯,不家陣可以任食湯底真係熬好既高湯,點都值四、五十蚊盅,加上有蟹肉,味道更鮮甜,食得兩盅已經差不多成百蚊。

陣陣醇香,舌底生津,絕對係用時間換來的美味。

事後先發覺無點菜蔬,不過奶油椰菜花及蒜子浸水東芥菜,下次可以試試。

雖然自己係澱粉質怪,但已經好飽,就算單尾有鹹魚蓉雞粒炒絲苗、芹香瑤柱肉碎泡飯以及銀芽榨菜牛鬆炆米粉,都已經太飽,放棄。

甜品


話就話好飽,但甜品係另一個胃,將淨低既食力一次過爆埋。

先來一個凍香芒布甸,香甜而份量細,啱啱好。

再上鳳梨蘭香籽凍糕,清清地正好令味蕾休息一下。

另外兩款係陳皮紅豆沙同埋香麻空心煎堆仔,不過已經好滿足。
