To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年容易又是吃惠方卷的日期

根據今天的日本傳統，在春分前的一晚向著「惠方」，閉上眼睛邊微笑邊許願邊一口氣把原條象徵福氣嘅「惠方卷」吃完，那就可以為新一年祈褔。認識「惠方卷」都是從數年前的元氣壽司開始，持續是因為「惠方卷」的美味，今年的惠方在「南南東」，即是SSE東南偏南。「惠方卷」的美味來自單純的食材，紫菜包著醋飯（可是這分店師傅在做惠方卷時的手勢是未夠紥實，吃至一半已開始散開），內餡有蟹柳、青瓜、玉子、飛魚子及葫蘆乾，五種材料分別代表幸運、健康運、金錢運、愛情運及工作運，因為玉子、蟹柳、葫蘆乾都是帶甜的食材，所以「惠方卷」的味道是偏向甜，醋飯黏糯，家人靜靜地把「惠方卷」大口大口的吃完，滿心期待福氣續延！
