我和朋友喜歡間中相聚小酌放鬆下,今次來到銅鑼灣這間牛惣居酌屋。一入座店員便奉上自家製麵豉醬配青瓜條、紅蘿蔔條、沙葛條,蔬菜條新鮮爽甜,沾上麵豉醬就突顯出其咸香,用來點串燒也不錯。無花果酒(Fig Liquor)是自家製的,醇厚的燒酌之中帶有甜甜的無花果香味,去居酒屋食串燒怎可以少得一杯好的燒酌!山葵醬燒廣島蠔大大隻,肥美厚身,上面蓋住炙燒過的忌廉芝士,夾雜一起食也不會蓋過鮮甜的蠔味。牛沙瓜是牛胃之中最罕有的食材,鹽燒令其爽脆煙韌,很有口感。牛肋條和厚燒牛舌都外層有點香脆,肉質腍軟。雞軟骨香脆有嚼頭,雞腎亦很爽脆。燒雞翼香脆有肉汁,蘆筍豚肉卷則是燒香了的豚肉包著多汁蘆筍有驚喜。三色甲羅燒即蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽,另外甲羅燒上有蟹柳,拌勻之後放上紫菜一起,蟹味濃中帶點鮮甜。燒過的牛肝味道特別濃厚,但不會有羶味而牛腱薄燒則用鹽燒突顯牛味。牛小腸燒得特別香脆,無羶味。而牛骨髓一向都比較少見,特別是串燒,配上辣味蘿蔔蓉和蔥粒,令軟嫩口感多一份層次。餐廳很少會有燒飯團,所以點了個咸牛肉飯團試試。咸牛肉和燒飯團外層都很香脆,飯團混合了飯素,和紫菜包起吃特別夾。最後店員上橫格肌SET時提醒要由右至左的次序食
