To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

心血來潮想吃乳豬,剛好看到這家看似老字號......甚麼乳豬第一家!差不多所有燒味類也是一百元一份,真的從未想過雞肝能賣到這價錢.自問和友人吃不下兩個例牌的肉,那唯有點叫碟頭飯吧!乳豬燒鵝飯$45元看似是正常價,但看清楚點卻是一文不值!飯粒偏軟爛連汁都唔多滴,乳豬醬要另外問侍應,問完侍應也沒有回答,只是口中唸唸有詞"拍"一聲把一包乳豬醬扔在檯上便離開,我想如果再問酸梅醬會不會被人咒罵?乳豬可說是被門外有些歷史,寫著乳豬第一家的招牌吸引進來,結果是給這碟飯上的幾件乳豬嚇呆!乳豬件基本上就只是皮層連著半吋厚的脂肪,肉只是得薄薄的一層.燒鵝與乳豬差不多是一樣又是皮加脂肪,還要鹹得有點苦味.明白到單點和碟頭飯是有一定的差別,但也不會去到這種下欄質素吧?環境已算惡劣,整個地板也像鋪了一層油.同侍應用廣東話溝通又帶點難度!

與乳豬差不多是一樣又是皮加脂肪,還要鹹得有點苦味.

明白到單點和碟頭飯是有一定的差別,但也不會去到這種下欄質素吧?環境已算惡劣,整個地板也像鋪了一層油.同侍應用廣東話溝通又帶點難度!
