To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早要開返間譚仔係粉嶺啦！

如題，粉嶺竟然得一間米線舖，一早應該開譚仔。自從百分百左，話開三哥等左幾個月，係唔知情嘅情況下居然開左譚仔，仲要有幾個舖，全新裝修，好西式好光猛。點返平時至愛，炸醬加清湯，再痴同事少少酸辣湯。炸醬好杰身，肥瘦比例剛好，正。米線可能因為勁多人等位，煮得唔夠淋，湯底鮮甜，好味。凍檸茶走甜，啲色真係好恐怖，好混濁，飲落仲好大陣漂白水味，新舖都預左……新開第一日場面墟冚，等位等到火都黎，好彩啲野都上得快，又無錯單，算係咁。
