To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尼個星期實習太辛苦,無體力煮飯,放工之後直奔大家樂食晚餐,因為放工時間靈活,可自由選擇下午茶or六點鐘之後既晚餐,所以都試過因為下午茶平d,所以第一次晚餐係揀左下午茶幾迷你叉燒飯加碗仔翅,28蚊,係好平,但係就菜式太單一,叉燒很薄得幾片,食完只可以用碗仔翅送飯,白飯雖然唔少,但食完因菜式單一,太少餸,所以不夠滿足,所以之後就無再叫下午茶做lunch了晚餐樣式尼一間都幾多,試過梅菜豬軟骨飯,成晚送黎覺得好多,但其實下面都是菜,唔係豬軟骨,有d油,都算好味,只不過成碟餸全部都係黑色,包括菜,賣相無咁好睇囉沙薑雞飯:45蚊,有菜有雞肉,算係健康,沙薑幾醬就麻麻地,我唔點醬就覺得ok,尼個唔算太油,相對比較健康,份量也唔算少乾蔥豆豉雞:味道唔錯,除左雞仲有茄子洋蔥青椒薯仔,營養算全面,但就是太油了,食到最尾全部都係油都唔敢食喇其實尼間大快活真的算唔錯,夜晚都算多人黎食架我仲見到很多人拎飯盒過來,落單時叫多d飯,然之後將多餘幾飯擺入飯盒第二日帶飯,省番返到屋企煮飯幾時間,good idea,我都開始學佢地,大快活都幾大方,知道很多人咁樣做,都照比多飯、唔錯
