To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友仔生日,就算工作多忙碌,都要抽時間食生日飯㗎,既然朋友喺觀塘工作,我們就選擇了位於創紀之城的一杯鐵板燒居酒屋。首先點了魚生、紅酒會牛尾、壽司和蕎麥麵。魚生非常新鮮甜美,無論是魚生或大蝦,都品嚐得出是新鮮的食材。至於壽司,飯和魚比例不錯,壽司飯也不會一夾就散開,可見師傅有一定的手勢和功力, 至於蕎麥麵,中規中矩,也夠飽肚的。疫情期間,食客也不太多,我們總算也能夠安安樂樂,舒舒服服的食一個生日飯,待疫情過後,我們再到日本好好的大吃一頓。
