同朋友行過銅鑼灣廣場,見到有一間新開無耐嘅中餐,正確嚟講係江南菜,之前都未試過,一於試下。上到10樓,餐廳中式裝修真係好靚,好優雅,唔怪得餐廳個名都好有文學氣式。首先我地叫左個前菜,芥味繡球菌,好清爽同帶有wasabi味,但味道唔會令人食落唔舒服,成個配搭都好match,十分推介。適逢蟹季,餐廳都出左好多用蟹做材料嘅菜式,我地叫左個蟹粉河蝦仁,話哂平時出面都好少食到,清爽蝦仁加上新觧蟹粉,令味道更有層次。點心我地叫左蟹粉小籠包,皮算薄而湯汁好飽滿,幾好食。之後呢樣,簡直令我回味無窮,以為一個好普通嘅牛柳粒,點知好食到回味無窮,充滿牛香,完全唔硬,好好食。菜方面叫左蟹粉扒豆胚,清甜嫩滑,菜都好新鮮。店員推介我地食揚州炒飯,話用左3種唔同地方嘅米嚟炒,果然令我好驚喜。第一,炒得好乾身,食得出米飯一粒粒感覺,另外每啖都食到唔同米帶出嘅層次,呢樣出面真係食唔到!最尾叫左個糖水,糖桂花蓮子,估唔到份量咁足,桂花味調配得相當出色,蓮子煮得岩岩好。
