To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一次去會景自助餐的經歷

今日我一家四口(27/8/2022)到薈景吃自助餐，成個自助餐得六個蟹蓋，俾人拿完後唔會再補給，一開始海鮮都大排長龍，海鮮（除了麵包蟹）都有補給，但是龍蝦補給速度慢海鮮種類有：麵包蟹龍蝦青口長腳蟹等,海鮮質素不錯其他食物有：印色薄餅、咖喱、片皮鴨、燒牛肉、漢堡包、薯條、炸雞……飲品有咖啡、橙汁、汽水、紅白酒、啤酒、清酒甜品有雪糕、蛋糕等沒有鵝肝、生蠔!小部分員工態度差！收碟速度良好，大部分食物質素良好。
