To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前已經想試Glasshouse,見未到晚市店內人唔多,就walk-in試試。我地只有2個人,唔大食,所以剩係叫左2個主菜share食。第一道係美國頂級肉眼扒,價錢$3xx,外表不太吸引,隻木盤太大,放一盤已經佔左半張枱。牛扒叫左medium rare,黎到已經切好晒,但絕對唔係medium rare,我諗起碼6-7成熟。牛扒都有肉味,但太熟口感唔太好,亦唔juicy。配菜好少,兩啖就食晒,唔值哩個價錢。第二道係酥炸「富貴鴨」伴森巴醬配黑松露炒飯。好失望,鴨烤到乾晒,冇水份,亦唔香口。黑松露炒飯聞到有黑松露味,但個飯唔知係咪冇乜調味,食落口完全冇味,同食白飯冇乜分別。
