我地大概六點鐘到,店內無咩人,柔和既燈光配合jazz style既韓文歌比人好chill既感覺。因為平日去開既韓國餐廳都好嘈,音樂又播得勁大聲,連朋友講野都聽唔到,所以相比之下呢到既氣氛好好多。首先要讚既係份量十足,四個女仔叫三樣食物都食得好飽。先講下柚子檸檬炸雞,一舊雞起碼有一個手掌咁大,外脆內軟,肉質鮮美,雞味同柚子味都幾夾。柚子味道香甜清新,中和左炸雞既油膩感。第二樣係水冷麵,麵條好有質感,唔會太淋,吸哂個湯既精華。另外配菜都好好味!有泡菜同雞蛋。係炎炎夏日食番碗水冷麵,仲爽過涼冷氣!最後我地叫左煙燻烤雞,聞起上黎有bbq既味道,食起上黎有德國鹹豬手既味道,幾新穎既一道菜。味道濃郁,雞肉唔會太硬唔會太乾,比較適合重口味既人。整體黎講,作為韓國炸雞流入香港既先鋒,sodam chicken既水準都keep得幾好,唔會輸蝕於近年新興既韓國炸雞餐廳。而且食物花樣多變,間唔中就會出下新菜式,令人食指大動。下次去一定要試下三重雞同芝士鍋!
