今日星期六,我們一家人路過中環雲咸街,阿哥和細佬發現了Sodam Chicken,嘩!炸雞,他們的最愛,便毫不猶豫走入去坐低。冇辦法啦!年青人就係喜歡吃香口的食物,真系愈病愈要食。睇下個餐牌,圖片清晰,又係真係好多種唔同嘅炸雞和焗雞,仲有湯鍋、薄餅、沙律、炒年糕、小食、飲品和套餐可以選擇,價錢都合理。Sodam Chicken分為兩層,有不同的座位,上層有落地玻璃窗,很光猛和開揚,室內裝飾有木吊扇和工業燈,簡單舒適,最適合傾計和閒談。服務員招呼也很好,好快便能配合客人的需求提供服務。韓風紫菜焗雞,單是賣相已經攞足滿分,顏色金黃不油膩,雞肉嫩滑又唔會太乾身,味道啱啱好,配上紫菜惹味香口,吃完還想再吃。我自己就喜歡蜜糖芥末炸雞,香脆的外皮帶著甜甜的蜜糖,裡面是嫩滑多汁的雞肉,吃上一口已愛上了它,真是極品啊!份量都很大件,而且是無骨的,啖啖肉,吃起上來非常滿足!還有一款是雙重芝士炸雞,香脆的外皮灑上芝士粉,味道香濃誘惑啖啖肉,真的很邪惡,所以我們代表地球消滅它,哈哈!魷魚圈,脆脆的外皮加上有咬口的魷魚,又是一款美味的小吃。脆身香軟的薯角,點上酸甜汁,好好味呀,絕對不能錯過!Sodam Chicken整體炸雞都好有水準,味道又有好多款可以選擇,每款金香香脆,粉不會太厚,但仍能保持雞肉嫩滑,又唔會太鹹,味道、溫度控制得很好。我們幾個一邊吃一邊讚,真是美味又邪惡的一餐。 continue reading

食咗二人餐食物質素幾好,係直到埋單果刻,全晚愉快心情畀當晚一個all back低側辮子頭的中女職員直接全毀。我向佢提出「唔該埋單」,佢塊面係黑過炭屎咁,目冇表情,咩都冇講只係輕微點左點頭,然後!掉!個收錢兜落來之後直接轉身走,係用「掉」嘅方式而唔係放低,個兜係識得滑行識得轉嗰種。我果下真係完全唔想畀錢😡🤬🤬🤬🤬相比另一個收錢的短髮女職員,佢真係差好遠!麻煩對個別職員培訓做好啲,唔好畀佢哋出來害人同破壞顧客用餐心情!食物方面,二人餐揀咗蜜糖雞x甜酸雞 + 薯條 + 冷麵。兩款炸雞都有醬汁,食咗三件開始覺得濟同膩但肉都算滑;薯條幾好食,有紫菜和芝士粉;冷麵汁唔太夠冇上次來咁好味,今次太淡。份量兩個女仔食好足夠,性價比還可以,略貴。 continue reading

我地大概六點鐘到,店內無咩人,柔和既燈光配合jazz style既韓文歌比人好chill既感覺。因為平日去開既韓國餐廳都好嘈,音樂又播得勁大聲,連朋友講野都聽唔到,所以相比之下呢到既氣氛好好多。首先要讚既係份量十足,四個女仔叫三樣食物都食得好飽。先講下柚子檸檬炸雞,一舊雞起碼有一個手掌咁大,外脆內軟,肉質鮮美,雞味同柚子味都幾夾。柚子味道香甜清新,中和左炸雞既油膩感。第二樣係水冷麵,麵條好有質感,唔會太淋,吸哂個湯既精華。另外配菜都好好味!有泡菜同雞蛋。係炎炎夏日食番碗水冷麵,仲爽過涼冷氣!最後我地叫左煙燻烤雞,聞起上黎有bbq既味道,食起上黎有德國鹹豬手既味道,幾新穎既一道菜。味道濃郁,雞肉唔會太硬唔會太乾,比較適合重口味既人。整體黎講,作為韓國炸雞流入香港既先鋒,sodam chicken既水準都keep得幾好,唔會輸蝕於近年新興既韓國炸雞餐廳。而且食物花樣多變,間唔中就會出下新菜式,令人食指大動。下次去一定要試下三重雞同芝士鍋! continue reading
