To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 賣相好靚,以八寶盒奉桌,配料好樣化,除左一般嘅甜麵醬、青瓜條同京葱絲,呢到有好多醬料可以配搭片皮鴨,包括冰梅醬、胡麻醬、桂花糖醬~~配菜佢地仲加埋蜜瓜條同西芹絲! 好有趣

再講烤鴨,片同肉完全分離,每片鴨片都非常薄脆,附帶小量酒脂,有油香得黎唔會太肥膩 煙韌嘅薄皮摩摩皮包住帶點油香嘅鴨片,加埋其他配料,吸咗部分脂油,令口感更清新,酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁令片皮鴨味道更多元化。
鴨肉好結實,無乜脂肪,但係肉質軟嫩多汁,好好味,但如果可以再熱D上台就一流了~
