香港人無論咩事間都係想打邊爐,約中學同學食飯打邊爐永遠係佢哋嘅首選,今次有朋友介紹我哋來呢間餐廳食佢話上次食過返尋味一入到餐廳見到裝修都非常有格調係打邊爐之前例牌選擇自己鍾意嘅醬汁,但係我就認為火鍋最緊要係佢嘅湯底同食材質素醬汁是其次的一開始就黎一個刺身拼盤拼盤煙霧離漫,好有氣勢,上面擺放着七八款刺身, 當中有我最愛嘅油甘魚,赤貝,味道甘香我哋湯底選擇左甜酸苦辣四味,酸味有酸菜同豬骨,苦味主要係苦瓜嘅味道,那係由大量辣椒同豬紅,甜係由蕃茄煮湯而成, 酸酸甜甜咁我哋仲叫咗宮崎和牛,脂肪同肉嘅比例起哂雪花仲有本地手切肥牛
