雖然話而家日本開返關,但機票都好貴,同埋始終close左幾年,身邊好多朋友都抱觀望態度唔敢咁快去住,所以都仲係唯有喺香港食住壽司先。鮨盛係尖沙咀一間新開嘅鮨店,Omakase Lunch分左$480同$680都可接受,朋友移民在即,就同佢黎哩度食當係薦行。今次我地揀左Business Omakase Lunch($680/人),入面包左前菜、刺身、季節料理、壽司、手卷、玉子燒、味噌湯同甜品。前菜有兩款,present得幾靚。前面波形係毛蟹忌廉餅,炸皮香脆唔會太硬,中間餡料軟滑,後面係醋味噌鰻魚,食落酸酸地,魚肉帶少少咬口,下面墊底係露筍。蒸蛋熱辣辣,口感滑溜,入面加左冬菇同鳴門卷。鱈魚白子好滑完冇冇腥味,師傅加左柚子啫喱,除左可以僻腥味之外,酸酸地仲好開胃。竹簽魚刺身 - 師傅將竹簽魚輕燒過,所以食落會帶少少油潤,魚肉上面加左味噌醬,酸酸甜甜令味道更豐富。天婦羅拼盤- 拼盤有舞茸、沙追魚同日本南瓜,天婦羅炸得酥脆,炸漿唔會太厚或太硬,亦唔會成口油,就咁蘸天婦羅汁或者岩鹽已經唔錯。左口魚壽司 - 左口魚本身有少少腥味,所以師傅都特登加左辣蘿蔔蓉上去,只係略嫌wasabi多左少少。魷魚壽司

總結,鮨盛嘅廚師發辦雖然唔見有海膽同三文魚籽,不過壽司款式都算少見,同埋可以一次過食倒天婦羅同玉子燒,啱晒心多多想一次過食幾樣嘅朋友。
