百花炸釀蟹箝外皮炸得好香脆唔會油淋淋,入面嘅肉脹卜卜好彈牙,仲會食到一絲絲蟹肉。雪山叉燒包入面的叉燒甜甜地再夾埋出面脆的外層,而且份量岩岩好,唔會太大個之後試唔到其他。川芎白芷天麻魚頭湯燉得好夠火候又足料,入口甘而不苦,好重藥材味,感覺好養生。蒜香蝦春卷兩條春卷對半切成三角形,用料好足,每一條都有蝦肉,蒜香味濃郁香脆可口。粉絲中蝦煲用熱辣辣的煲仔,粉絲吸盡蝦油的油香及鮮美,雖然味道偏鹹,但真係啖啖蝦鮮味,勁惹味好好食。豉汁豆卜蒸鱔片豉汁味濃,但不會搶去白鱔的鮮味,鮮味更突出,鱔蒸得岩岩好,肉質鮮嫩。蝦乾浸響鈴時蔬清清地上湯浸菜心,蝦乾味突出。椒鹽一口豆腐豆腐內軟滑,豆味濃,表面炸得金黃酥脆,完全冇油份,加上面頭香口的椒鹽粒,非常有層次感。經過見到個鋪頭名咁熟,原來有好多分店係食手工點心,係自家製品牌,下次試下先,師傅曾經喺日本東京富麗華專為高管達人同明星工作,返港後喺多間米芝蓮酒店同大型連鎖集團做主管,服務唔錯,座位舒服好闊落。
