喺香港飲茶,近年因為點心師傅人手不足,唔少地方嘅點心選擇都變得有限。今日我去咗旺角呢間茶樓,呢度嘅點心款式過百種,而且全部都係即制,夠新鮮。地舖嘅位置非常方便,平日嚟都幾爆滿,因為價錢親民,嘢食都高質。蒜香虎蝦蒸飯 味道濃郁,蒜香四溢,虎蝦新鮮,蒸得剛好,米飯吸收咗蝦嘅鮮味。花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯 湯底清甜,花膠滑嫩,螺頭嘅口感亦非常好,湯品暖心,適合秋冬飲用。咱家脆皮蝦多士 外脆內嫩,蝦肉鮮甜,搭配香脆嘅多士,口感層次分明。椒鹽魷魚鬚 酥脆可口,椒鹽味道適中,唔會太鹹,咬落去有咁嘅彈性。鮑魚北菇燒賣 鮑魚同北菇嘅搭配令人驚喜,燒賣皮薄餡多,每一口都有豐富嘅味道。黃金魚皮 香脆可口,魚皮炸得金黃,咸香適中,成為一個好嘅開胃小食。百花炸蝦球 外層炸得金黃酥脆,內裡蝦肉新鮮,口感滑嫩,配上少許醬汁,簡直係完美。
