瑞士汁炒牛河,大碟夾抵食既小菜,牛肉份量好多,河粉即叫即炒好有獲氣,仲配芝麻,葱等等配料一齊炒,味道均勻。

FD這一段時間喝中藥,只可以食清淡嘢,咁同佢飲茶啦。餐廳未到晚市高峰期,已經full咗7成,都好旺TIM。看介紹,哩間師傅之前在東京,專為明星同D高管服務,仲要有多年米芝蓮酒店同連鎖酒樓經驗,難怪自家制飲茶品牌開咗更多間餐廳。黑蒜螺片燉唐排,果然係用黑蒜煲制,湯底好黑,真係嚇到我同FD。湯用足料煲制,有排骨,螺片,黑蒜等數款配料。飲落湯底好甜,蒜味唔濃,好飲。脆皮炸乳鴿,乳鴿一份4件,皮脆肉嫩,肉質緊實。還搭配豉油同胡椒鹽,微微點埋會更加好味。五福臨門,一份點心有5款唔同口味,啱曬女仔。蝦餃皮薄餡大,大大隻鮮蝦有2-3隻,食落真係好鮮甜。欖角豉蒜蒸排骨,所有點心即叫即蒸,送上來仲熱笠笠。排骨肉嫩微甜,下麵仲鋪咗芋頭,芋頭粉糯香甜,好味。生滾粥,揀咗手打豬肉丸同菜苗。粥底綿密細滑,煲制時間足夠長,再加埋豬肉丸加菜苗,增加肉味同清甜味,粥飲落更加清甜。

老爺子古法馬拉糕
呢個馬拉糕比出面食到嗰啲嘅顏色深色啲,唔通真係有啲咩古法嘅?唔會好甜、淡淡地,好啱注意健康人士食。

傳統芝麻糕(凍)
凍冰冰、一入口就feel 到好濃郁嘅芝麻味!好似食緊芝麻糊凍糕咁🤣

暖身千層薑汁糕(熱)
真係一層層可以拆出嚟架!數過10層左右啦 哈哈!好有薑汁味 少少辣辣哋、食完個身真係暖晒,而家天氣轉凍,好啱冬天食
