To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 那天在尖沙咀辦完點事,見呢間餐裝修唔錯,就進去了。點知真係伏ge開始。晚餐不算便宜,接近一百。而且我們不算太肚餓,所以我們一行四人點了餐牌上的其他東西。我點的是星洲炒米和凍奶茶,要價$66+$9=$74。星洲炒米一上桌,聞到味,看到顏色,已知不對勁…氣味是鼓油味,顏色也未完全上色,接近白色帶一點點黃,吃了兩口已吃不動,友人想試一下,他說米粉入面是臭的,我再聞,確有一種怪異味道…凍奶茶中下水平吧。(相片照出來比實際看到要深色,是電話的補色功能🤣🤣…..)友人點了蕃茄手撕雞湯米線,她說湯底冇味,米線很冧,手撕雞淡而靭,熱奶茶不好喝。服務生係個阿叔,全程冇多大交流,但不大友善。希望大家不要中伏。
