Restaurant: 得得好店茶餐廳

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期二長洲不少店休息,包括最愛嘅正生,燉奶佬同埋泰昌魚蛋(只識去,有冇記錯名呢?)。唯有試新野 ~得得好店。基本上,蒸魚只要新鮮,火路啱就冇衰。但,order都錯,實在匪夷所思。要鱸魚,店內不同職員已與吩咐厨房幾次蒸鱸魚。等了十多分鐘,最終換來一句: “蒸佐紅衫,要唔要?唔要的話,要再等。” 要!(趕船啊) 服務方面,落單時想點菜。伙記表示只有椰菜和生菜。因為不能吃西生菜,便問清楚唐生菜定西生菜,她居然失笑道: “我唔知你哋嗰啲係咩生菜。” 又望向同枱撘枱食客想找support。當然,他們沒有理會。總括,光顧只此一次!
