朋友推介這間丼,行完電腦展就來試試,店員推介我們試三國海膽飯同馥之丼,原來佢哋剛改了menu,呢兩個是新的,既然係咁,就order呢兩個每個丼都配上小食,有麵豉湯、沙律同芝士豆腐,最特別係個豆腐,輕輕燒過嘅芝士呈半溶狀態,超好味三國海膽飯 ($288)喜歡海膽嘅朋友一定要試,一次可以食三個國家嘅海膽,分別係韓國、日本同加拿大。呢個丼真係好震撼,成個碗都係海膽,韓國海膽原板上,日本同加拿大嘅就在碗上,顏色方面,加拿大嘅最深色,之後係日本,韓國嘅反而唔係金黃色,勝在非常大塊片片分明,紋理分明,又香甜又濃郁,日本嘅就入口即溶,不過無韓國咁濃,加拿大嘅就最柔軟,海水味濃,而我就最喜歡韓國的一向喜歡用紫菜加飯食海膽,本來個碗都已經有三大片,大到可以一開二,但係海膽實在太多,店員見我差不多無晒紫菜就即刻再加比我,真係好貼心馥之丼 ($238)朋友食咗呢個,有碎蔥吞拿魚腩同黑松露火炙帶子。吞拿魚腩蓉好幼細,好多油脂,入口即溶好肥美;一共有6粒帶子,沒有刺身般厚身,輕輕炙過後,周邊微焦,入口仍軟綿,上面仲加咗少少黑松露,增加味覺層次牡丹蝦 ($68)另外仲叫了兩隻牡丹蝦,真係好大隻,肉質肥美好又鮮甜,
