To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經來過非常多次,之前食的都是他們的招牌菜,今次與瀋陽來的客人到訪,大膽嘗試一些沒有試過的菜.星期五晚沒有打電話八點半到達,門口企了8.9個人,我跟老板都幾熟,但絕對沒有優先權,也要排隊.等了差不多十五分鐘,四人位已可以入坐.在他們非常繁忙中,我們點了避風塘炒蟹-蟹肉極度鮮美,需然炸蒜頭有點咸,但整體仍相當美味,我自己覺得比喜記和橋底更好味.老板解釋是因為他們用的是花蟹,人家用的是曼加拉蟹,所以花蟹的肉會明顯幼嫩.客人喜歡吃辣,老板介紹雙蚌荷蘭豆,我很少食蚌,但今次真是非常驚喜,雙蚌又爽又有味.天麻湯也相當好味,沒有味精.士多啤梨骨,香蒜雞,啫啫通菜當然不會失望.其實價錢也不貴,如果在橋底或喜記,相信價錢貴得多呢...
