男朋友終於搞掂單大project,趁佢有得唞唞,當然要book返間好嘢,食返餐好嘅😆 呢間天后嘅私房菜係朋友介紹,話食材高質,師傅嘅手勢了得 (當晚師傅話自己拎過香港青年組冠軍,犀利!),道道菜都咁好食,我哋食嘅係6-course dinner。Tomata Tartare 顏色好colourful夠吸睛,酥餅上面除咗有蕃茄,仲有mixed veg,口感有層次,香口酥脆又不失refreshing。Iberico Ham w/ Plum 平時食ham都係配蜜瓜,現配布冧真係第一次試,估唔到酸酸甜甜更加帶出ham嘅鹹香。Sea Urchin Custard 用上Tasmania嘅海膽,配上俄羅斯嘅caviar,食落又香甜又滑溜,每啖都帶有濃濃海膽香🤤Traditional French Onion Soup 洋蔥用上奶油拌炒, 令到佢慢慢吸收哂啲醬汁同濃湯,香甜濃郁🤤 入面仲有絲絲洋蔥同埋芝士😋 入面仲浸住法包,索哂湯不得了😛 面頭仲有parmasen cheese脆脆,錦上添花👍🏻Pan-fried Crab Cake 呢個真心不得了,個蟹餅係用上大閘蟹嚟整🤯上面再加埋牛油果醬同pick

Pan-fried Crab Cake 呢個真心不得了,個蟹餅係用上大閘蟹嚟整🤯上面再加埋牛油果醬同pickled cabbage,食落一絲絲蟹肉再加埋牛油果嘅creamy不在話下,連個醬同油都精心準備,係大閘膏醬同龍蝦油嚟🤯
Baked Portobello 好豐富嘅口感,大啡菇上面仲有菇肉、芝士、Iberico chorizo,鹹味都好有層次😋 面頭仲有牛肝菌醬同牛肝菌,菌香味十足😚
Braised Lamb Belly 估唔到喺到都可以食到炆羊腩🤪炆得好嫩滑,而且呢個西式嘅煮法炆羊腩又別有一番滋味。伴碟嘅麵豉汁煮日本白蘿蔔,惹味又唔會太over,2樣都好入味。
Pan-fried Dry Aged Duck Breast 呢個香煎熟成鴨胸,辣蜜汁燒西蘭花扒,煎到鴨胸兩邊都焦香效果,微微的甜焦香,配上熟成後的鴨胸,濃烈肉味嘅鴨胸加甜香,係第一次嘗試到嘅味道!
Strawberry Crumble 雲呢拿雪糕好香,配上新鮮酸甜嘅士多啤梨肉,仲有乳酪,3樣加埋一齊嘅味道喺口入面碰撞,唔經唔覺好快就食完,配埋一杯紅茶,為呢餐飯畫上一個完美滿足嘅句號。
