令到東涌東薈城名店倉嘅呢間粵菜中菜館,六小館,除咗呢度嘅環境有好大篇嘅落地玻璃之外,可以欣賞海景之餘,亦可以透過玻璃望入半開放式嘅廚房,同時品嚐埋廚師製作嘅過程。粵菜入邊我自己就最鍾意食蠔餅,但蠔餅要做得好食係一啲都唔容易,今次食呢個蠔仔煎蛋份量唔算大,一底only,蠔仔都算多,而且冇怪味,而呢度係用煎蛋配上蠔餅,有別於街頭食到嘅粉漿底,各有好壞,六小館嘅會多咗一份蛋香,但相對地脆度會減少,不過亦都唔油膩,都算係高分之作。另外跟咗兩杯清酒,幾清新,感覺比一般嘅清酒更加米色,有種飽和左嘅感覺,同蠔餅呢類海鮮菜式幾夾
